Coaches:

Athletes/Parents:

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your profile and for following the guidelines set by your coach during training.

4. Role of the Platform

Next Greatest is a facilitator that allows coaches and athletes/parents to connect. The Platform does not provide coaching services and is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the coaching sessions.

5. Payment and Fees

Transaction Fee:

Next Greatest charges a 10% transaction fee on each session booked through the platform.

This fee is applied to the session rate that is paid by the athlete/parent and is deducted from the coach's earnings.

The transaction fee may vary depending on the coach's subscription tier, multi-session packages, or promotional offers.

For example, coaches on a paid subscription may receive a reduced transaction fee (e.g., 5% or lower) for multi-session bookings or special promotions.

Additional Fees:

For services such as clinics, camps, or premium content, additional platform fees may apply. These will be clearly outlined when the service is booked.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Coaches are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of athletes during sessions. The Platform is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during or as a result of training.

The Platform is not responsible for any disputes between coaches and athletes/parents, including but not limited to payments, session cancellations, or personal conflicts.

The Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the services.

7. Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Greatest, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of the Platform, including any violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through mediation or arbitration, rather than through litigation.
